We are a new home development in Fairborn, Ohio on Armstrong Road. 


We estimate home building and will begin in October 2025.


All eleven (11) of our Phase 1 lots will be used as single family residential homesites with a two (2) car garage minimum. All lots can be built with your choice of builder or we can work with you to suggest a great builder. Lots vary in size from 0.3 to 1.8 acres and are priced from $100,000. 


Phase 2 will include lots #12-27 and should be available in 2026.
