All eleven (11) of our Phase 1 lots will be used as single family residential homesites with a two (2) car garage minimum. All lots can be built with your choice of builder or we can work with you to suggest a great builder. Our lots vary in size from 0.3 to 1.8 acres and are priced from $98,000.
We estimate road building and construction plans could begin between May and June 2025.
Phase 2 will include lots #12-27.
